Newcastle home staging designed for the home you’re selling

Newcastle sits between Bellevue and Renton, with neighborhoods like Olympus, Lake Boren, Hazelwood and China Creek, and homes near the golf club with views toward Lake Washington and Seattle. The City of Newcastle mixes established family homes with newer luxury construction.

Many Newcastle homes are spacious, with big great rooms, primary suites and multiple living areas. Empty, those rooms feel cold. Staged right, they feel warm and complete.

That’s why every home gets its own design. We plan each room around the architecture, the windows and the way buyers move through the space, and we scale the furniture to fit. Oversized pieces make a home feel small, and undersized pieces make it feel cheap. Newcastle home staging done right feels warm, elegant and rich, and inspires buyers to want the home as their own.

This luxury home made a statement with a black marble fireplace, tall windows and a primary suite with a tray ceiling. We balanced the bold finishes with soft, curved furniture, natural wood and layered textures, then finished every bedroom with real beds and layered bedding.

Why sellers choose IntExt Staging

We own everything it takes to stage a home beautifully: the furniture, the art, the warehouses, the trucks and the crew. With the inventory to stage more than 100 homes at a time, our Newcastle home staging gives every home a full, cohesive design, never whatever happens to be left in the warehouse. Our designer personally selects and orders our furniture. As a result, it stays current with today’s trends.

We stage vacant homes only. An empty home is a controlled space, so it shows exactly like the listing photos at every showing, and our furniture stays free of pet odors, stains and wear. Read the full comparison in Vacant vs. Occupied Home Staging.

And we’re dependable. Because we own our inventory, we never cancel a booking because furniture runs short. Much of our business comes from referrals, because brokers touring our listings ask, “Who did your staging?”

What Newcastle home staging costs

Home staging with IntExt starts at $2,000, and most homes we stage fall between $2,500 and $5,000. Packages start at $2,500 for homes up to 1,500 square feet, $3,700 up to 2,000 square feet and $4,900 up to 2,600 square feet. Larger homes and luxury properties receive a custom proposal designed around the home. Every package includes design, delivery, installation, the rental period and removal. For a full breakdown, read What Does Home Staging Cost in King County? For higher-end homes, see our guide to luxury home staging.

How the staging process works

It starts with a short video walkthrough so we can confirm the square footage, which rooms to stage and your budget. We send a proposal designed around your home. Once it’s approved, our crew delivers and installs everything in a single day. Schedule your photographer for the day after staging, so every room is settled and camera ready.

When your home is under contract, we recommend keeping the staging through inspection. We pick everything up about a week before closing. For every step in detail, read The Home Staging Process, Step by Step. Brokers can also see A Broker’s Guide to Working with a Home Stager.

We also stage throughout nearby Bellevue, Sammamish and Mercer Island, as well as Seattle.
