Seattle home staging designed for the home you’re selling
Seattle’s housing is as varied as its neighborhoods. Craftsman and Tudor homes line the streets of Wallingford, Ravenna and Green Lake. View homes climb the hills of Queen Anne, Magnolia and West Seattle. New construction townhomes keep rising in Ballard, Fremont and north Seattle, and condos fill downtown, Belltown and South Lake Union. The City of Seattle counts dozens of distinct neighborhoods, and buyers shop them very differently.
That’s why every home gets its own design. We plan each room around the architecture, the windows and the way buyers move through the space. Furniture is scaled to fit, because oversized pieces make a home feel small and undersized pieces make it feel cheap. Seattle home staging done right feels warm, elegant and rich, and inspires buyers to want the home as their own.
Staging Seattle townhomes and condos
Townhomes and condos come with their own challenges. Narrow footprints, stacked floors and open plans can make it hard for buyers to read each space. We define every level so buyers understand how the home lives: a welcoming entry, a living room sized for real furniture, a dining area that feels intentional, and bedrooms finished with real beds and layered bedding. Rooftop decks and balconies often get seating, because in Seattle the view sells.

Recent Seattle homes we’ve staged
A contemporary home in Seattle
Walls of glass, a fireplace and a big open kitchen gave this home real presence. We kept the furniture light and low so the windows and views stayed the focus, then warmed every room with lamps, texture and current art.

A new construction townhome in Seattle
This townhome had clean modern lines across several levels and a rooftop deck with treetop views. We defined the open kitchen and living area around the linear fireplace, finished the bedrooms, and staged the rooftop so buyers could picture evenings outside.

A modern home in West Seattle
Big windows, a vaulted living room and a deck wrapped in greenery made this West Seattle home feel like a retreat. Warm wood, soft neutrals and layered art carried that feeling through every room.

Why Seattle sellers choose IntExt Staging
We own everything it takes to stage a home beautifully: the furniture, the art, the warehouses, the trucks and the crew. With the inventory to stage more than 100 homes at a time, our Seattle home staging gives every home a full, cohesive design, never whatever happens to be left in the warehouse. Our designer personally selects and orders our furniture. As a result, it stays current with today’s trends.
We stage vacant homes only. An empty home is a controlled space, so it shows exactly like the listing photos at every showing, and our furniture stays free of pet odors, stains and wear.
And we’re dependable. Because we own our inventory, we never cancel a booking because furniture runs short. Much of our business comes from referrals, because brokers touring our listings ask, “Who did your staging?” To compare your options, read How to Choose a Home Staging Company in Seattle.
“Best price in town, beautiful staging. Furniture and decoration are modern and high quality.”

How staging works for a Seattle listing
It starts with a short video walkthrough so we can confirm the square footage, which rooms to stage and your budget. We send a proposal designed around your home. Once it’s approved, our crew delivers and installs everything in a single day. Schedule your photographer for the day after staging, so every room is settled and camera ready.
When your home is under contract, we recommend keeping the staging through inspection. We pick everything up about a week before closing. For every step in detail, read The Home Staging Process, Step by Step. Brokers can also see A Broker’s Guide to Working with a Home Stager.
Selling on the Eastside too? We also stage throughout Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, Mercer Island and Newcastle.
